Are you annoyed by experiencing a red and flushed face?

Are you annoyed by experiencing a red and flushed face?

A red and hot face might be a sign of Rosacea. April is National Rosacea Awareness month. There are many triggers to Rosacea including warm temperatures, sun,  spicy foods, alcohol and stress. It is primarliy a genetic condition that worsens over time. If you think you might have Rosacea, do your best to avoid the triggers and see your physician to see if you are a candidate for perscription creams or maybe even laser treatments. There is no cure for Rosacea but some of these treatments may help minimize the red color and flushing sensation.
